A slow evening ritual to begin your weekend.
Yoga Nidra is a guided, lying-down meditation that invites the body into deep rest while the mind drifts into a soft, dreamlike state. It’s a powerful practice for calming the nervous system, easing stress, and restoring energy, especially during winter, when everything asks us to move more slowly and turn inward.
We will begin the evening with blue lotus tea, a gentle, calming flower traditionally used to soothe the nervous system, soften the mind, and invite a subtle, meditative state. Sipped slowly, blue lotus helps release the day and prepare the body for rest.
From there, we’ll ease into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation paired with gentle sound healing. Together, these practices create a tender, supportive space for deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and simply coming back home to yourself.
No experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
Let this be your soft landing into the weekend.
