space is a sanctuary where like-minded people can connect meaningfully. Our mission is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where emotional wellness, mindfulness, and self-growth are as natural as play, equipping both children, parents and any adult with the tools to navigate emotions, communicate openly and grow together.

 

We believe in a proactive approach to emotional wellness, weaving it into creativity and connection before support becomes reactive. At the heart of space is a commitment to building a vibrant community where children and their parents cultivate deep connections through mindfulness, creativity, and communal support. Grounded in values of acceptance, artistic exploration, and mindfulness, we offer a diverse range of programs designed to nurture inner wellness, personal growth, and strong family bonds.

 

One of our unique experiences is allowing children to paint directly on the walls, encouraging boundless creativity while teaching the concept of impermanence, as each masterpiece is washed away to make room for the next. This practice is more than just painting; it’s about embracing mindfulness, building confidence, and expressing oneself freely in a supportive environment.

We offer a variety of programs, including:

• Intentional parent-child connective experiences and events focused on mindfulness, both together and individually

• Drop-in paint hours for specific age groups and child-led art experiences that nurture creativity

• Community events designed to strengthen connections and support holistic development

space also hosts event rentals! The perfect venue for birthday parties, celebrations, and workshops that align with our mission. Whether you come to paint or simply to gather, our doors are open to the community. We believe in the transformative power of creativity, community, and connection. Every experience at space is thoughtfully designed to inspire positive change beyond our walls, helping to create a better place, starting within.

We are sisters with one vision: to bring people together in a unique environment that supports deep connection through mindfulness, inspires creativity and honors the vast emotions of being human.

 

As mothers, we’re inspired by the playful minds of our children and the challenges they navigate daily. At the same time, we’re committed to our own growth as individuals and the shared growth that comes from deepening connections with our children.

 

Our aim is for space to be a haven for those in-between moments...the ones that, over time, lead to profound change.
