Our mission is to create a kid-centric environment where emotional wellness, mindfulness, and self-growth are as natural as play—equipping both children and parents with the tools to navigate emotions, communicate openly, and grow together.

One of our unique experiences is allowing children to paint directly on the walls—encouraging boundless creativity while teaching the concept of impermanence, as each masterpiece is washed away to make room for the next. This practice is more than just painting; it’s about embracing mindfulness, building confidence, and expressing oneself freely in a supportive environment.

We offer a variety of programs, including:

• Intentional parent-child workshops focused on mindfulness—both together and individually

• Drop-in paint hours and child-led art workshops that nurture creativity

We’re sisters with one vision: to bring people together in a unique environment that supports deep connection through mindfulness, inspires creativity, and honors the vast emotions of being human.

 

As mothers, we’re inspired by the playful minds of our children and the challenges they navigate daily. At the same time, we’re committed to our own growth as individuals and the shared growth that comes from deepening connections with our children.
