A Mother's Circle series: foundations for flexibility
With Brooke Barrett
Foundations for Flexibility is a four-part workshop series designed to help mothers better understand the thoughts, emotions, and behavior patterns that shape everyday family life.
This series invites mothers to come together in community to make sense of the challenges that arise in parenting - moving away from pressure, judgment, and “getting it right,” and toward understanding what is actually happening beneath the surface.
Through shared learning, reflection, experiential exercises, and conversation, participants explore how learning history, thoughts, emotions, behavior patterns, and environments all interact within the family system.
Each workshop builds on the previous one, creating a foundation for mothers to not only understand their experiences more clearly, but to begin responding with greater compassion, flexibility, and intention in the moments that matter most.
Participants are encouraged to attend the full series for the most meaningful experience, with drop-in options available as well.
