An immersive experience designed to help you release, reset and reconnect- guided by the energy of the full moon. 

​

Each experience is uniquely themed around the zodiac sign the full moon falls under and each journey is curated to align with the specific energy of that moon, helping you work with what’s naturally unfolding in your life. 

​

We’ll begin with gentle grounding to arrive fully in the space, followed by a guided meditation centered around release and reflection. From there, you’ll be guided into a sound journey using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other subtle instruments to support deep rest and integration. 

​

This is a space to: 
• Release anything that no longer serves you 
• Reflect on what’s unfolding in your life 
• Reconnect with yourself in a calm, supported environment. 

 

No prior experience is needed, just come as you are. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply nourished. 
 

Please bring:

a yoga mat, water and a journal

optional: your favorite pillow

Move through the full rhythm of the lunar cycle set intentions with the New Moon, then return at the Full Moon to release and reflect. Attending both helps you stay connected to what’s unfolding over the course of the lunar cycle.
