A quiet, intentional space to slow down, reset and begin again with the new moon.
This experience is centered around Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation done lying down that brings the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware.
It’s a powerful way to reset the nervous system, release stress, and create space for clarity.
We’ll begin with a warm plant ally (different every month, check the schedule below), thoughtfully chosen to align with the energy of the current new moon, supporting the theme of the cycle and helping you gently arrive in the space.
The plant ally is always optional and you’re welcome to simply receive the practice.
From there, you’ll be guided through a full Yoga Nidra journey, with subtle sound woven throughout to support deeper relaxation.
After the meditation, there will be space for journaling and optional connection.
The new moon is a natural time to pause and reset. Rather than forcing intentions, this experience allows them to emerge from a more grounded, rested place helping you tap into your deepest desires.

- journal/pen
- blanket
- pillow (optional)
