Summer invites us into a season of vitality and aliveness. Come take some intentional time to pause, slow down, and be with whatever is stirring for you in this season of life.

 

A singing sound bath utilizes the voice as the primary instrument to hold space. Shel will guide the group in a time of reflection, setting intentions, and receiving the calming, restorative sounds of the voice.

Feel free to bring:

• A journal

• A yoga mat, pillow, or blanket if you’d like to lie down

• Anything that helps you feel cozy
