THE ART OF
PREPARING CACAO
This is an evening built around ritual, intention, and working with cacao in a hands-on, meaningful way.
Each attendee will receive a one pound block of ceremonial grade cacao and learn the proper method for cutting and preparing it for both meditation and everyday use. Before we begin, we will gather for an open conversation about cacao, its origins, its purpose, and how it can be thoughtfully integrated into daily life.
Rachel will open the space with a short meditation, followed by a warm serving of cacao to sip throughout the evening. Together, we will set intentions and move into the cutting process, approaching it as an active meditation that is slow, present, and grounding.
You will be invited to create your own cacao ritual, working with the block intentionally and at your own pace. When complete, you will sample your cacao, prepare the remainder to take home, and leave with simple recipes to continue the practice.
This experience is about reconnecting with the process, working with your hands, your breath, and your intention, and leaving with something tangible and lasting.
