This 60-minute sound bath invites families into a soothing, supportive space for rest, regulation, and reconnection. Created for all ages, this experience blends breath, somatic grounding, and immersive sound so you can arrive, rest and simply be together.
We begin with gentle breath work and grounding practices, small, calming moments to help bodies and minds settle. Then we ease into a soundscape of singing bowls, chimes and other resonant instruments designed to support deep presence, relaxation, and mindful awareness.
No prior experience is needed. This is a space to rest, not perform.
Whether you attend with toddlers, teens or caregivers of any age, come as you are: blankets, pillows, cozy layers, and even wiggles are welcome. The invitation is to rest together in community.

ERIN BIRD
Erin ‘Bird’ Schemenski is an Alternative and Complementary Holistic Health Care Practitioner specializing in Reiki, Breathwork, Nervous System Regulation, Coaching, and Spiritual Guidance. With a background in Human Ecology and Health Sciences, Erin integrates insights from psychology, neuroscience, and biomedical sciences into her work. She founded The Mindful Bird in 2019 to support individuals in reclaiming peace, clarity, and confidence while developing somatosensory awareness and intuitive connection to their authentic selves. Over the past decade, Erin has deepened her practice through mentorships, refining her empathic abilities, healing trauma, and working with her community. Her mission is to advance the growth of Reiki, combining energy and spirituality with research-based approaches to healing. Erin works with clients in both private and group settings, helping them navigate the energetics of their body, mind, and environment.
