Spring naturally calls us into newness—new life, new beginnings, and the changing of seasons. Whether you sense something new stirring or feel the need to mark a fresh start, come gather on the Spring Equinox to slow down, pause, and rest in the transition.

A singing sound bath utilizes the voice as the primary instrument to hold space. Shel will guide the group in a time of reflection, setting intentions, and receiving the calming, restorative sounds of the voice.

Feel free to bring:

• A journal

• A yoga mat, pillow, or blanket if you’d like to lie down

• Anything that helps you feel cozy
