A Mother's Circle: Planting What Matters
With Brooke Barrett
Friday, March 6th
6:00pm-8:00pm
Planting What Matters is a reflective, experiential circle for mothers who feel the weight of expectations, big emotions, or familiar reactions and want space to slow down and reconnect with what truly matters.
Offered during the seasonal in-between from Imbolc to the Spring Equinox, this gathering supports mothers in gently exploring their current context in this season of motherhood, clarifying their values and noticing moments where it can feel hardest to live them.
Through guided reflection and simple mapping exercises, participants identify small, realistic shifts they can make within daily routines, environment and language, without pressure or perfection.
Mothers leave feeling grounded, supported and clear, with a deeper understanding of their responses, one values-aligned change to practice, and a renewed sense of direction for the season ahead.

Brooke Barrett is a mother, parent coach, and children's book author who supports mothers and families in navigating big emotions with compassion and intention. Drawing from her background in behavior science and education, Brooke helps families better understand the contexts shaping their reactions and practice responding in ways that feel more aligned with what matters.
Her workshops blend reflection, embodied practices, and shared experience, helping families change the way they relate to the thoughts and feelings in their minds—so they can respond with more flexibility, understanding, and care. These spaces invite mothers to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported rather than evaluated.
