This month, space turns one!

 

Over the last year, space has become a gathering ground for families, children, adults and neighbors to feel seen, supported and connected.

 

space was built on the belief that our children deserve to grow up surrounded by kindness and that families need environments where they can belong, exhale and build meaningful relationships.

 

In a world that feels heavy, creating spaces of care is not optional, it’s essential for creating a better world for ourselves and our children.

To mark one year, we are hosting a community birthday gathering centered on creativity and connection:

Eats: Snacks from the wonderful humans at The Good Crisp Company and other local companies

Drinks: Refreshments from more wonderful humans at Corpse Reviver

Creativity: A collaborative mural for families to paint together

Connection: A handprint wishing wall filled with hopes for the future 

Take home: Optional add-on’s of polaroid portraits to capture memories in space

Community: space Signs: Spreading the Power of Kindness - where guests create signs that will live beyond our walls, sharing messages of care throughout the community

Our ultimate goal with space is to offer Connective Experiences that are rooted in connection, kindness, self-love, community care and self-expression and for it to travel beyond our walls, not just stay within space.
