A guided hour of mindfulness, creativity, and play to connect with your child, yourself, and your community.

 

The Connection Hour is a gently guided experience designed for families who want to be more present with themselves, their children, and the people around them.

 

We begin with a few moments of grounding: breath, intention, and simple sharing. From there, we open into 35 minutes of unstructured, creative exploration. Kids and parents are invited to paint on the walls, pull a connection card, sip warm cacao, read, or simply play together at their own pace.

We close with bringing parent and child back together to reflect, listen, and return to each other before heading back into the world.

Take a family pause to ground together. This is a space to reconnect with what matters…presence and the people you love.

Open to families with children ages 2+. All materials provided.

Pricing: $30 for 1 parent + 1 child, $5 for each additional family member
