As we head toward the Winter Solstice and move through the holiday season, take time to pause and relax into your body through sound and music. Whether you’re going through a significant change in your life, feeling a gentle shift within, or simply wanting to pause and meet yourself, this sound experience will create a soft space to land. It will be an intentional pause to sit in sound and community, to listen to your heart, and be supported in stepping into whatever’s next.

This is an event to support adults. You're welcome to bring a journal for reflection
