Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, allowing the body to fully rest while the mind gently relaxes. It’s deeply calming and supportive during the winter months, when everything asks us to slow down and turn inward.

Begin your weekend by settling into stillness. We’ll share a cozy Yoga Nidra experience with gentle sound healing, offering space to soften, warm up, and recharge.

 

Afterward, enjoy a cup of coffee and unhurried connection.. lingering, chatting, or simply being together in the quiet ease of winter.

 

No experience needed. Come cozy, just as you are, and let this be a soft landing into the weekend.

Janae Bell is a Denver-based yoga and meditation teacher and the founder of Lunar Roots, offering inclusive moon circles and mindfulness workshops that help others reconnect with their inner wisdom. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces for self-discovery and healing through ritual, movement, and meaningful conversation.
